Man... Valentine's day already? Just a month or two ago it was summer... this place is pretty confusing. Hope you guys get celebrating in there for me too, ya?

[He laughs.]

You know... being stuck in this place got me into testing out the fish and my new... thing. I think it's a dog...? But now everything feels all surreal, like we walked into a video game and it's some epic adventure.

So I started testing them out.

...the fish seems kinda useful. At least, for a fish.

[A shrug. He'll get used to the thing eventually. And he's about to shut it off, as he's run out of conversation topics, when he remembers something--]

Yo... Suzuki, darlin'... did you get to run into Daisuke yet? I hope he's behaving for ya if you have. He's a good kid, so he should be.

It's pretty weird, isn't it? It was summer for me when I showed up here too. It's still kind of a big adjustment.

Yeah, it is pretty weird! It's the worst trying to walk in all that snow when you're used to the warmer weather already.

No kidding. I guess I'm starting to get used to it, but it's weird still. I can't believe it's Valentine's Day either, it should be August for me.

Walking in the snow for a good month's a good crash course, if you ever get bored. [Sigh.]

Man, what a time jump! Hopefully it'll be over soon...ish. It snows way too much here. I'm gonna freeze my fingers off...

Yeah, it'd be nice if it warmed up a bit, wouldn't it? [(unsure)] I'm not sure if the winters are as long here, though. If they are... [We still have a few more weeks, then 8(]

I'd hope so. I'm so sick of the snow.

I don't know... probably a few more weeks until it really starts warming up. At least, that's what I hope will happen.

I mean, I guess they can't all be good, but the less... crazy serial murders are realy anti-social, uncooperative people, the better, right? Especially with a networking system like this...

Yep! I guess that's the good part about this place, less crazy people.

You got that right. That'd be pretty terrible to have to deal with. Everything's so... pleasant here.

Now, as long as I keep myself from getting locked up again, this place is a pretty nice vacation spot. I don't get the huge obsession with these pokemon, though.

I've heard people say it's kind of like a video game before, but it's nothing I heard of back home.

Maybe it wasn't out where you were? Or you could be too old for it. It sounded like something that existed where I was, but I didn't have time for video games. That stuff's for kids. I've got a band to take care of.
